Spirit is another word for breath.

Inhale spirit.

Pause in the space between

touch peace

between breaths

space between the coils of molecules and atoms

Exhale spirit.

Who breathes?

Dogs, cats, giraffes, azaleas, humans and minerals

Breath flowing from what?  From where?

Shiva:  “Radiant one, this experience may dawn between two breaths.”

As usual I find your words beautiful. I was at Wing’s bookstore tonight and met some great people. The guided meditation was exactly what I needed. Thank you for being you.
